The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L3 Magic Rod (#LH7WQQPK) for $13,000,000 ECD. 2. @McLovinAwe is responsible for paying 10 weekly payments of 1,300,000 at /warp Camelot . @DvL7 is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @McLovinAwe upon approval of the contract. 3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @McLovinAwe is required to pay an additional $100,000, up until late fees accrue to $700,000. In the event that this occurs, @DvL7 may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract. 4. Payments will be due approximately every seven days at 11:59 PM PST, and the following plan is to be followed: Payment #1 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- May 11, 2023 Payment #2 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- May 18, 2023 Payment #3 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- May 25, 2023 Payment #4 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- June 1, 2023 Payment #5 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- June 8, 2023 Payment #6 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- June 15, 2023 Payment #7 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- June 22, 2023 Payment #8 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- June 29, 2023 Payment #9 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- July 6, 2023 Payment #10 -- $1,300,000 ECD -- July 13, 2023 5. In regards to ownership, @DvL7 will retain ownership of the L3 Magic Rod (#LH7WQQPK), while @McLovinAwe will pays off the rod. Once all payments have been made, @DvL7 is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @McLovinAwe may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
