He will follow the following payment schedule: 300k - Within 24 hours of this contracts approval 200k - April 16th 200k - April 23rd 200k - April 30th 200k - May 7th 200k - May 14th 200k - May 21st 200k - May 28th 200k - June 4th 200k - June 11th 200k - June 18th Payments will be made at Station 6 on Main East A Late fee of 5k/day will be issued for each late payment, up to 35k. After which, a complaint will be filed. if the contract is breached and the tool can not be returned to @David_Torento for whatever reason, the remaining balance is still expected to be paid. HI @David_Torento, To ensure that payments can be made without confusion, could you please relocate the repayment chestshop to somewhere else - perhaps a town you own. Once you've done that, please put the new warp in the contract (Payments will be made to: /warp <name> in <server>). @luxuriantspy5 once the change has been made to the contract, please re-agree. Once this has been done I can approve the contract. Left open for changes to be made
@luxuriantspy5 do you own any towns/warps where a chest shop can be placed? or, @David_Torento do you have a town lux can set a home in?
If you’re both happy to have the chest at Station 6, then I’ll go ahead and approve this. @David_Torento please note that if, for whatever reason, you are unable to hold onto the shop and @luxuriantspy5 is unable to make payments, you will be breaching the contract - so please ensure that, if the shop looks likely to be lost, the payment chest is moved and @luxuriantspy5 is notified of its new location.
