Greetings, Everybody knows that starting on a new server can often be difficult. So many questions, uncertainties and possibilities to fail before you even find your feet. Well here at the Zodiac Nation we believe that all players, regardless of age or experience should be given the same opportunities to succeed. The Sagitaron Community Support Program is a development scheme that is aimed at supporting new players, helping to develop the next generation of the ECC community. Under this new scheme, new players will have the opportunity to apply for housing and support in the newly redeveloped town of Sagittaron; a quaint village community based within a haven of flowing farms, forests and rivers, all abundant with the natural resources necessary for any player to grow. An ugly, unappealing 200x200 farm may be a solid way of making an income, but we believe that growing on ECC is more than this. We believe that allowing new players to develop in a more natural landscape is a healthier and more enjoyable experience for all. It was this sort of experience that I was lucky enough to find when I first joined over 4 years ago, and I believe that everybody should have the opportunity to experience the same. In this community players will have access to all of our resources (housing, farms, mines ect.) all free of charge, and are welcome to remain within the community until they achieve the title of resident. At this time they will have the optional choice to purchase their own property in the village, or move on to their next chapter elsewhere. It is our hope that this program will provide a safe place for new players to call home whilst they grow, before eventually going on to achieve great things on our server. At present we are in the process of making this dream a reality, and slowly the town of Sagittaron is taking root. Currently we are looking for volunteers to assist in this process, whether building or setting up support services, and with the possibility of going on to assist in running the project. Due to the financial demand of redeveloping this community and getting these support services in place, we are also currently asking for donations from those able to spare some. I'm unfortunately not going to be able to get on for the next 3 days or so. But I would love to help out with this amazing project when I'm back! It's an amazing idea and I am going to love seeing this succeed!
I'd love to help any way I can, including becoming a member of the management or building team! This is such a great idea, and well, I truly wish I had this in my days as a builder on ECC!
I'd love to sign up to this! I am fairly versatile, but I generally prefer building / finding resources.
