IGN: @ThomasVerth Users Involved in this Contract: @LSGDoc General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of 'thomasland2' through the user @LSGDoc , and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'thomasland' in the world of Rising from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @LSGDoc to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @ThomasVerth . Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system, or other town features if needed. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @ThomasVerth, will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will give @LSGDoc $85,000 ECD upon the approval of this contract with in 48 hours. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @LSGDoc , agree to add the user '@ThomasVerth' as technical owner to the town of 'thomasland2' upon the acceptance of my mayor application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it. @LSGDoc will add me to the owner list with in 24 hours of the town being made 2. I @LSGDoc agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system or act as approval for any town feature. 3. I @LSGDoc will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @ThomasVerth gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'thomasland' can be created. 3. I @LSGDoc agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the claiming of a town through the server's town-claim process for tycoons+. Also the mayor app must be submitted with in 48hours of @ThomasVerth giving @LSGDoc the 85k 4. well since you scammed me even though i agreed 3 times im not interested in thomastown2 stuff and stop Saying you have a "better offer "for someone else
first I do have a better offer. next I did not scam you because I/you did not do anything. what I mean by that is i did not give you my money to apply for mayor and you did not apply for mayor; so this means I did not scam you the only thing that happen here was that a deal was made and then it became void.
