IGN: @RazorRimz Users Involved in this Contract: @bobman3355 General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of an Eff7 pickaxe on payment plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give bobman3355 an Eff7 pickaxe within 24 hours of this contract being approved, (ID: #IVIZ2NFK) through a chest located in Epicure. I agree to transfer ownership of the Eff7 pickaxe within 24 hours of this contract being approved(ID: #IVIZ2NFK) to bobman3355. I also agree to give bobman3355 up to 1 week extra, after the date of the last payment (March 30th), in case he cannot come up with the required funds, however there will be late fees of 2k/day. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @bobman3355 agrees to pay me, @RazorRimz, 400k ECD upfront within 24 hours of this contract being approved, and 450k ECD per week for 2 weeks, totaling 1.3mil ECD. Payment #1 will be paid March 23nd Payment #2 will be paid March 30th 1 extra week will be given in case @bobman3355 cannot make these funds in time. Bobman3355 must pay late fees of 2k/day for every day he uses in the additional week given. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @RazorRimz we know that this forum is here, and I personally check it often. I saw this this morning and it takes awhile for me to coordinate discussion with some other staff members. We appreciate patience- I hate letting these sit here as much as you do.
