No. I like my houses much much bigger and made myself.

 

I think you could potentially get up to 10k+ if you sell to the right person and its in the right town.

 

I think I would have... problem is it was made on a mac. I just couldn't bring myself to do anything but avoid something I know was made on a mac... Though if it wasn't, theoretically I'd live in it. maybe, probably, yes :/

 

Being an artist and insanely OCD about colors and matching-ness, I'd say no. xP And I do not understand the coa, redstone, and wool/glass above the door.

Otherwise, I like it. I have always like houses that were not square, and houses that are kind of narrow rather than really open. And I <3 the roof.

 

I prefer modern design and more decoration on the inside. This is coming from the kid who worked on a minecraft design wiki. So yeah, i'll probably adjust the heck out of it. Though the roof. I love the roof.

If you were selling one of these houses when I was a builder, I would definitely pay at least 7.5K

I say no. The roof is too big, too much netherack, too far out in the boonies.

 

With all the contents; Iron included; maybe 3k?

 

I'm not a huge fan of the 2x2 blue wool/glass checkboard. I think it should be all glass or all wool

Coming from someone just starting out, I can see purchasing it for 6k.

 

I don't think the ores are necessary, and wouldn't add any value whatsoever. I would probably remove them. Also the light blue wool in the front window above the door is a downer for me. This is all personal opinion and I mean no offence.
