Hello, ive been away from the server for around 2+ years. I had a health issue that caused me to be away long and when i returned i had already lost my town so ended up just calling it quits at the time. Decided recently to return again and was wondering what it would cost me to get a new first town and what application i would use to get the town? I looked on the wiki but couldnt really find anything about it just the normal rank progression applications and all that. Im already a Mayor, had a town called Cirrus which as far as i know has switched hands at least twice if not more times as the current mayors name i dont recognize and i knew the guy who claimed it from me as i gave him everything i have when i came back to find my town was no longer mine (forget his name but im sure id recognize it). So would appreciate any help or directions on how i can get back to town ownership. I really hope i dont have to become a president to get a new town and be a president minus a town.

I mean, you could buy a town, though the market has been relatively dead for a while. Due to the rules and all you'd need the official owner to apply for warps etc., so it may be an impediment to stay green depending on what your plan is going forward.
Yes, I did claim your town - It was in the hands of John_Galt_. I have sold it to other players recently and I'm pretty sure they don't want to sell it. If I they do want to sell it, I will be buying it back. I would also not be willing to sell it to anyone after that as its my originally owned town. (By town claim) I'm sorry, if you need a place to live, pm me.
Unfortunately you cannot get your original town back, as you are no longer the original owner. I will be willing to help you out in earning the money for president if you want, but you'd have to get president to get another official town under your username. Hope I can help in getting you back on your feet!
Dont really care about the original town much (did put a ton of work into it leveling it and then buying portal and warp and all that jazz lol so care a bit) thought maybe that i could buy a new first town without becoming a president or something. Asked in game yesterday and someone said it was like 15k then started reading wiki and forums and couldnt find any application for it. Thanks all for the help though. Guess its time to start saving a ton of money
You have a few options, a. Buy a town from someone else Pros: Cheaper then a president town. Cons: You need the original town owner to submit Town Applications which could stunt the growth of your town. Depending on what you want it for i guess b. President Pros: Youll be original town owner Cons: costs 180k c. Look to be co-mayor of a town Pros: Will probably be free Cons: all cons of a plus another owner on board.
