I was lucky to find a couple of diamonds, not like it made any difference since it was only a few. Then it took my a while to farm enough to make this money. I sold my products in the market, because I knew it would be more profitable. Then, I bought another plot in another city, knowing that city has a bigger farm and would help me to make more money. I visited a friend's spider spawner and got enough experience to be able to sell it, making more profit.
