I need help. I have reset my password on my old account (URSAMAJOR03), and I typed it in the password section. Then I put my email. It didn't work, so I was like "Oh I guess I have to put my Minecraft name" and I did so. It still didn't work. This is exactly what I'm doing. Email address or Username: URSAMAJOR03/ My email. Password: (My password that I got from reset here) Error: Incorrect PASSWORD <------ I don't understand. It did come through to my email, I've done it a hundred times, so there's no way I could've typed it wrong. I don't know if it's a glitch on the server, or I'm just not doing something right. And if your going to lock this because of "Locked, use format" please at least tell me what's the problem before you do. Thank you for your time reading this!
I'm banned, that's the problem. See, I got banned December 1st, 2012,2011, or 2013. When I tried to make a ban appeal with my real MC name, (URSMAJOR03) I got frustrated because I couldn't figure out how. I ended up forgetting my password once I tried again a few days ago, so I made a new account (URSAMAJOR0123) I made two ban appeals, but both were denied because I didn't use my MC Username. I'm in a lot of trouble. Hehehe...
In your most recent ban appeal, Supermoderator Dewsy told you to contract an administrator. Please forum PM an admin as only they can help your situation. I suggest sending a forum PM to Server Admin revanrose6 about your forum account situation.
