    The mining world gets reset every 3-4 weeks or so. More frequent resets would lead to a decrease in ores and mineral values.

    I think the mining world is still pretty fresh, I mean I've seeing 10x worse than what it is. I don't have any problems strip mining so long as I go 500-1000 blocks out.
