Ok since andrewkm left the convo without responding even though i politely asked for one ill just repost it here.... -I sent this to andrewkm last saturday(6/15/13) Ok so you closed my thread about accusolhd paying me back the 100k by tomorrow but he was banned. I realize that you do not give refunds but i believe that this is a different situation and i have a valid argument. accusolhd was supposed to pay me back 100k tomorrow but he was banned. That gives him no chance to pay me back. With other situations he Wouldn't pay even after the due date however this is different because the due date has not been reached yet. He could have fully intended to pay me back tomorrow and we both would have gone back happy. However neither of us were give that opportunity. That is why i am so upset. If the due date was already passed then i would understand and leave you alone but its not. Please do not take this the wrong way but according to my statements above, in a way YOU are taking away 100k from me and NOT accusolhd. I know i am some random player on this server but i believe that this is a different situation and that i have made a valid argument. With the 100k i was going to get mayor, buy a town, and build my new company HQ . After a while i probably would have donated too. It took me a long time to get that money and to see it all go away just because he was banned before our contract even expired is extremely upsetting. accusolHD is banned, permanently. This user made the choice to take your money without any intent on giving it back... just like he took money from people in exchange for a donation feature he had no intention of buying, myself included. There is nothing we can do beyond what has already been done.
