General Information about this item: It is a 200x200 pumpkin farm, 1 floor but a second floor is being built currently. I am going to add some floors of melons too. It will cost 45k for permanent access or you can buy a private floor for 75k. The price will be going up soon as we add more floors so this is a great deal. It is possible to make 7k an hour with an unenchanted axe. With an efficiency 4 or 5, you can make much more.
