Hello I am trying a new idea that's great for new players it's rent to own plots you pay off your 10x10 or bigger in small payments. please vote on if you like this idea
I have tried something similar to this before. I put a sign in front of their house for them to use to pay it off as they could. They didn't pay it for weeks upon weeks despite amassing money. They didn't pay until I brought it up a half a dozen times. I feel it is unreliable, but, if you can find reliable people, then it would be a good idea.
I had not thought of this (and I have an empty town!) - good idea, I can see how it might become a nightmare though. I like the sign idea.
yeah but I usually just post a sign that says pay in 2 weeks and if they don't I remove them and sell it to a deserving builder
