Hello ECC, I want to take a moment to remind you of something very important: taking screenshots. It has come to my attention that some people don't take screenshots of their transactions, and whilst every other transaction you have been involved with has gone smoothly, this one might be different. I want to make it very clear that you should take screenshots of every transaction. It is vital evidence should someone decide not to give you your tool back, or not pay your loan back. There is a more detailled tutorial and the screenshots you should take on the wiki (I will include a link soon) so be sure to check it out and follow it! I hate seeing players loose their tools/money and I feel really sorry for them, so if you can take that time to take a couple of screenshots, should anything go wrong, you'll be able to take appropriate action. You can always delete the screenshots if the transaction goes as planned, but do remember to take them. I hope you do now take screenshots, because remember, there is nothing the staff team can do if there is no evidence to back your complaint up. Keep Screenshotting! Taylor

I hate seeing complaints getting dismissed for being cropped. However, if users read the rules, it wouldn't happen.
