Can we change it back to what we had it before? I liked the "you have to stand still for 3 seconds to tp" This reduced the amount of people running from PVP, and I think the 10 second cool down on teleporting is far too long.

Dear can time go by any faster?? 2 second... WTF FML 1 second... ARHRAHRAHRHARHAR FINALLY!!! 0 second... WTF TP ME DAMNIT teleport now... .....
Almost every time I try to use a form of teleportation, I always get "now" for how long I have left. -.- Standing still would be much better. Annoying still, but I'd prefer it.
It kills 2 birds with one stones, reduces the cool down and denys people form warping in pvp. the only problem with this is that people could troll others and push them around, however we could easily enforce this in my opinion.
