Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system,creating a town within 15 block, the server town-transfer system, or other town features if needed. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town,creating a town within 15 block or doing whatever I so decide with it. Hello guys, before we can proceed to approve it this contract needs some more fixes. Not needed From my understanding @_Sharpy needs to agree to this so this clause needs to be moved to the appropriate section You can't transfer official ownership via contracts, you need a town transfer app or a tycoon claim. Consequently this complaint is invalid also for the town placing and the town features. Please also check the rest of the contract for this. Please state who agrees to all of these clauses individually. Please state a timeframe within @_Sharpy needs to receive the 20k. Please state a timeframe within @_Sharpy needs to receive the 95k. Not needed. Also, in this contract you are basically putting 2 contract into 1, which isn't allowed. You can either put the clauses of both contracts into 1 or file 2 different contracts. Right now it cannot be done. Once all of these changed haev been done by @Tinerco @_Sharpy and @Samurai_N please re-arhree
