Introduction​

Hello there EcoCityCraft Members, this thread will contain the information of ReganVille. In addition, it'll also be updated with new policies/features that'll be added to the town in the near future. ReaganVille was found in June 8, 2013. The journey at the start was bumpy, with the lack of dirt and grass to fill up the land, however, we overcame those problems within 3 days. Construction of buildings and streets then begin till today. ​

Aim of the Community Board​

The members in the community board of ReaganVille have set a number of goals to accomplish within the town itself. ​

• Build a city with high-end buildings. (For example, skyscrapers)
• Expand the town with more land.
• Create a Nation.
• Provide the best for our town members.

Rules of ReaganVille​

In ReaganVille, we do have rules to follow. Reading and agreeing to these rules laid out here, will allow you to become a town member of ReaganVille. Should you choose to not follow the rules of the town listed below, you will not be given access to the town. If you were to break a rule as a town member of the town, your residency will be terminated with immediate effect. Once you get terminated, you'll either be allowed to re-apply or for some major rules, you'll not be allowed to re-apply ever again. Therefore, we do hope rules that are laid out here, will be followed. Thank you.
Rule #1: Griefing
The Community Board of ReaganVille will not tolerate any form of griefing in the town. The rules for griefing applies the same as the griefing rules by the server. Any form of griefing will result in membership termination. However, if you accidentally grief something, repair them, otherwise contact a Community board member. If you fail to mail, contact a board member or repair the grief, you'll be taken as a griefer with no further explanation.
Rule #2: No digging below your plots
We strongly encourage town members to refrain from building under your plot, as there is a chance where you might affect the underground farm located below the town itself. Henceforth, the community board takes this matter very seriously. If building below your plot is found, your residency of ReaganVille will be terminated with immediate effect. Re-applying for your residency, will then be twice the price of a plot.
Rule #3: No Dirt/Grass Buildings
Should you have a building that is built using dirt and grass, you'll be asked to remove the dirt/grass blocks. Failing to do so after the first request, will lead to your residency being terminated with immediate effect. Re-applying will be allowed, with a fine of $2,000 and the price of a plot in town.
Rule #4: Inactivity (8 days ~)
Town members are not allowed to be inactive for more than 7 days (1 week). If you're inactive for more than a week without notifying the board members, you'll be evicted from the town following the 'ReaganVille Removal Process'. At any time you need to be inactive, place a sign outside of your house, notifying the board members about your inactivity during that period. Re-applying will be allowed with a fine of $1500 and the price of a plot.

Your locks will be removed on the 10th day of inactivity, and your items will be moved to the item claims centre. On the 13th day of inactivity, your house will be demolished. Items that are collected from the demolition will be added to your chests in the item claims centre. You have been warned

Information about plots in ReaganVille​

Now, lets get to the part about the plots in ReaganVille. Some might say the plots in ReaganVille are pricey, however some think otherwise. To the board members, we feel that it isn't pricey, due to the fact that we'll be making the cost of plots worth it with nicer buildings and newer features that come along with the town. Therefore, we'll not tolerate any flames or violent objections towards our pricing. ​

In ReaganVille, we provide different plot sizes such as, 15x15, 20x20 for now. ​

15x15 [Avenue 15] ​

Available Streets: Kingston, Scotts, Deputy, Dempsey. ​

Price: $5,000 ECD​

20x20 [Avenue 20]​

Available Streets: Kingston, Scotts​

Price: $8,000 ECD​

Plot upgrades​

If you would like to upgrade your plot to a bigger size, contact a board member. Example of an upgrade process, 15x15 to 20x20, you'll need to give up your current plot and pay the price difference of both sizes, which will be $3,000 ECD. ​

Purchasing of another plot​

Town members are allowed to purchase more than 1 plot, just by contacting a board member. There is a benefit to this. If you're able to buy 2 plots that are beside each other, you'll be given an additional 6 blocks width in between both plots. ​
