    Minecraft Username: RedDemon68

    Reason: Trolling/Bending the Rules

Counter-Reason: Here is what happened and why i was banned. When me and CoolPanino (my Co-Mayor) set up a town, we warned people to not mine in our town, but in the wilderness or mining world. Coolpanino discovered that most of our residents where mining under our town, and griefing our soon-to-be pumpkin farm. When I found out, I was just going to warn them, but Coolpanino kicked them all from the town, and we privated furnaces over all of their chests. (The wiki states that if a user is removed from a town because of grief, they may not collect theior belongiongs).

I realize that this was the wrong way of going about things, and we should have posted signs informing the residents of their removal. I am very sorry for, and regret my actions.

Important I would also like to know if it is normal for a banned mayors town to be revoked without giving a chance for appeal. I found out on the IRC and the forums that my town of Minetopia has been sold to Black_Sulfur11 by Andrew. Since I payed for this town, I would please like it back (if my unban is accepted), and Black_Sulfur11 refunded his money. Thank you for considering this.

    Evidence: No additional evidence.

Your town was not revoked since it was never officially your town.
Andrew didn't do a thing with your town either.

You made a decent appeal so you are now unbanned.

    Locked.
