Normally I would deny this application due to the lack of a link, however this is the only outstanding lwc request so I decided to dig up the town application, and it is found here. Make sure in the future to save the link, as we are not required to look it up and most likely will not if there are many lwcs that need to be done. As for the locks, I only found four, and remove those four.
