Ratings?

I wasn't wanting to post this in as a Suggestion, or a Help Question. I was curious to know why some ratings where removed? I think we should add some back, or perhaps add ones we've not had in a whilst.

Another thing, I remember reading that it was said that a rating was classed as "trolly", now my question is how on earth can rating a post be trolly? Thats almost like saying that when you favourite a tweet it's trolly?

Anyways, What do you guys think of ratings being added, and removed.. or even being... trolly :/
