Resident is too easy to get so it should go back to 20k There are too many mayors which means less residents in town which means less money. Also with many mayors there would be less land for new mayors and mayors going for president. Mayor should be 125K to 150k. There are to many presidents so president should be maybe 200k+. And tycoon means a rich person, but someone with 500k is not a tycoon, more like 1 mil+.
I think that land should be available to people to own for good. I think that mayor should go back to 75k and resident should be 20k-ish. Having residents for a town will never be a problem. There will always be fresh blood for towns.
Just sticking with what your saying, dpatt got tycoon in six weeks. If you pulled a whole day you might be able to get mayor that fast. Granted most people won't want to do it. As it stands I think Andrew said he may lower the mayor price. And if your worried about land being taken up, relax. @rosypolly could tell you the statistics of space left.

tycoon is a rich person. 500k is alot of money but 500k is not very rich, just wealthy. Snipers make hundreds thousands and some make millions. Tycoon should be 1 million.
going to just point out that tycoon is good right where it is, because tycoon is a rank to show off your money, so there really is no reason to move it up if you have 500k to spend on an ingame tag. Although I do agree with you that resident should go back up to 20k, I believe that the most that mayor should go up to is 95k. Snipers don't make millions wih the lottery easily, they uave to first get the money to play the lottery, which is a minimum of 50k if you are planning on making ANY money at all. Truthfully, I have only seen snipers Lose millions in the lottery.

Also, more mayors having towns will be better than multiple presidents having multiple towns. I am a proud co mayor of a town and I have noticed on the live map, that there are many abandoned looking towns. I find out that half the time these are presidents and tycoons. I think a mayor will concentrate on their own towns and develop them to be better. Sorry if this offends anyone or is a generalization.
