I know to be a mayor you need some thing like $85,000 but is that on top of resident fee or is that included with the resident free? For example: I got resident(15,00) then is the Mayor 70,000?
In detail: You get resident when you have 15k, 15k is taken from your balance and you recieve the rank "Resident". Then you get 85k apply for mayor and 85k is taken from your account, and you recieve the rank "Mayor". It is just 2 payments, one of 15k and another of 85k. So, 100k in total as Ryan said.
