Random Death? Bug/Glitch?

    I was wondering around the mining world for the first time, saw it was lagging abit. So i relogged. Came back I was dead with all my stuff missing and had respawned outside the mining world portal?
    Any ideas?

    you lagged out causing you to stay in game but on your computer be logged out then someone killed you. happened to me.
