Hey everyone! I just bought Fly+ literally an hour after the new exp. regulations kicked in, which in my opinion has basically made the feature almost worthless! In order to keep the value of this feature, which mainly comes through quartz harvesting, I would like to suggest we raise the price of netherquartz to make up for the fact that there will be no more exp., in order to continue to keep Fly+ as a worthwhile donation feature. What do you think?
in theory and hopefully, the price of ores and Nquartz will rise as fewer people are mining as their source of XP. I don't think we need a raise in server price. The invisible hand will catch up and fix it.
I am in the process of raising my buy and sell prices for quartz blocks. I'm guessing that other shop owners are doing the same. Keep checking the shops!

Yes, as stated above prices for Quartz are going up significantly. If there is anything you obtain that can be sold to the server, then spawnshops will most likely buy it for more. I suggest going there, and start selling it if you haven't been doing so. The market adjusts how Andrew wants it to, the prices of mostly all ores will be going up, fortunately I bought a ton of Quartz before Andrew actually implemented it, and just noticed us about it. I'm making nice profit off this EXP and Quartz raise.
Yesterday, I hopped online for the first time that day only about ten seconds before the big EXP restart. By the time I read what was about to happen, the server was going offline. I had no time to react =/ Oh well. That was a smart move to buy a lot of (cheap) quartz and exp while you had the chance. Wish I'd been able to do it too. Actually, in retrospect, there was the potential to see that some kind of change had to be on its way.
