Quote Train until a builder or lower posts! xD

So this is how it works, I start off the quote train with
1 [Quote Train Engine]
Then
2 [Coal Car]
Then
3 [Car 1]
Then
4 [Car 2]
Then
Etc.......

But if a builder posts.... while think of it as the train blew up annd restart with a Quote Train and Coal car then add the cars.

Okay I`ll start it

This is what it should look like
