Clause V.ii: Rights of the New Owner The new owner of a town cannot apply for additional extras to the town, including, but not limited to, portals and their expansions, PvP areas, and heal signs and flag changes, under any circumstances. However, the original owner is still allowed to do so. Once a town is sold, the original owner may no longer interfere in the governance of said town, and rules regarding the co-ownership of towns no longer apply.
