Questions - Town Portal to Warp Transition

You don't need to file the application.

If you would like the portal sign removed contact a GA+ via forum PM with coords and world.

 

Can we move the /warp somewhere else and use it for something else?

 

Warps must be put in the same town the portal was in.

 

But can it be a different location?
Like bordering on another town and pretty much used as another town warp?
And can towns have two warps essentially?

 

If you already have a warp I believe you could just trade in your town portal for an additional town warp.

 

Yes the warp can be anywhere within the same town as the portal.

Only 1 warp per town.

yes however please note this on your app that there is an existing warp

 

Does the original owner have to apply for this change?

 

Any region owner can. However this has to be done according town owners wishes - ie if some random comayor tries to troll by having the warp set in a weird place we will punish them accordingly.

 

what do you do if you cannot find the portal app?

 

Forum PM me town name, world, current portal coords, and town app. I'll look into it.

 

Is it live yet? Also, what will happen to the "Towns" portal in the spawns? (also, now ik why I started falling from midair when I logged on today.)

Also, do you know about how long turning all the portals into warps may/should take?

 

We have the window open for 30 days.

However ultimately this is left to the individual town owners on how prompt they are within this window.
