Question #1 If someone gets scammed for a usd purchase does he/she get a feature or does the person who scammed someone get banned, and also do we get our money back? DO we get our money back? Question #1 You do not get reimbursed with features or money by the server. Only the scammer can. Question #2 Go to the starshop, there are warp signs at spawn. Also, /warp starshop is an option. Question #3 There is an option on the top of the page
Question 1. You will not get your money back or the feature you wanted if you were scammed because the server doesn't support it, although it's allowed. The scammer will be banned if there is sufficient evidence (like a contract they agreed to) against them. However, they have a right to make a ban appeal if they wish which is handled by GameAdmins+ Question 2. @JrHockey17 answered. Question 3. If I'm correct, you are trying to see how long you've been a member on ECC, yes? Click ---> @Imperial_Marshal or click the members tab near the top of the page like JrHockey said.
Question #1 If someone is to get scammed while selling a user a donation feature, the person who scammed them could possibly be banned if the scammed user were to file a complaint against the user with the sufficient evidence. If the user is banned, but never appeals to get back on the server, then you do not get your money back. If they appeal, then yes, you will most likely get your money back. Question #2 You can go to spawn (Rising, Legacy, doesn't matter), and click the "Lift Up" sign at spawn that says 'Shops' to teleport up to the Star Store. Also, if you have the Teleportation donation feature, you can always "/warp starshop" Question #3 If you are trying to see a player's profile, you can search for them in the search box and/or click "Members" below the EcoCityCraft logo, and you can type in the box that says "Find Member" to find their profile. You can always click on their name if it is tagged in a thread or a post (ex. @Epicmiti), and click on "Profile Page" to get to their page.
