If say a bought a 15x15 residency house thing for 1.5million Put it around a house which is 15x15, would i be able to sell that house and transfer the residency over to the buyer?
Oh ok So could i bend the rules and get around it this way: Build a 15x15 building and sell it off for 1.5 million but that 1.5million would buy a residency or to buy that land. So technically they would be buying the property?
