depends on what the mayor asks, but generally all at once if the value is just 1kt o 5k or in a payment plan if its a larger plot or prebuild

yeah a builder once asked me if i was obama because i am a [President] i got asked if i could sell them hacks or the server and i said go talk to kuklekuuk and they got banned
