I am buying a town and the seller sent me screen shots and I noticed that there are some nearby, like touching, towns and I don't like the idea of having random strangers living next to me so I would like to buy the towns. Is that possible if the owners are gone or abandoned the towns. The seller also posed the idea that I had to claim them when I rank up to president or other ranks. I hope not because that would take forever.
The only way to become an owner of a town that is 'abandoned' (All owners are offline 6+ months) is to claim them. You get a claim each rank after president, or you can pay someone else to claim the towns for you.
./Seen. 6 months of offline time is required for a town claim. If there is no data available on /Seen, the last forum activity date must be older than 6 months.
