Hello! Lately I haven’t see many updates at all. As some of you know I haven’t been active lately (because of school and close to no updates). Might be something I missed but what happened with all the updates? I know many have been telling ECC lose players during the past time. I think the problem have been missing updates, and I personally think updates will fix it. I think even the updates below are very small updates (for players at least, for Jamiesinn it might been a decent amount) Recent updates: The new LWC rule Nov 28, 2015: Lobby supporter Nov 1, 2015: We have added a vote 4 Nov 8, 2015: New /warn command functionality Oct 25, 2015: Network backend work and lobby released Oct 16, 2015: Bounty System Removed – New /skull command Sep 16, 2015: Spawn-Town Portal Removals Sep 13, 2015: Staff Applications have (re)opened! Application process changed! Aug 18, 2015: Few Updates! (Sg, /wild land, /wild water ... Note: Not including events, mining resets, 2fa reset
Well there has recently been a new anticheat update...and I think with 1.9 coming out that has been the main focus atm.
The administration is quite busy with AAC, 1.9 and then SkyBlock, along with some IRL things happening that kept them away from working on ECC. The administration is well aware of this, and they are in the process of making updates, like the ones I've listed.
I agree. For my plugin updates I'll post a news post whenever I do a change that would be visible to players. I've been forgetting about doing this for a while. Thanks for the reminder.
I think it would be nice to hear from the Administration about things that are happening. Even if it's just a news post saying "Skyblock is x% complete we just need to..., we have [insert mini game name here] planned next and we will keep you informed!"
1.9 is 80% complete. Currently waiting on 2 plugins, a bit of testing, and some custom changes needed to ECC before launch. Skyblock was put on hold due to 1.9 (obviously). As soon as 1.9 is out (and stable for a good week or two), we are going to look into launching skyblock. My to-do list is completely 100% cleared. The EULA/shop features available for ECD has no ETA and we have yet to see what actually happens with that.
