Okay, so I see quite often that in ban appeals and other that people have dual-accounts and the mods say that they are allowed, but not for economic gain. Can a mod please clear this up for me?
Basically, you're allowed to have a second account, but you're not allowed to interact with your first account, not even through a third party. (first account gives something to another person, that person gives to second account)
What if you wanted to start over? As in kill off your old account and then reincarnate yourself into the new one? Like say I wanted to start over with a new account and then move all my money and my personal belongings to the new account. Could I do that, would it be legal?
You can do that, but without moving the belongings and money. You have to start completely anew, just like any builder.
Although - isn't there a thing where andrewkm can change everything over to a new account for you? Like your donations locks everything? I think I hear of it somewhere in the rules where it talks about getting a new minecraft account if there is a problem with the name of the old one.
I have a question about this also, if I were to get a new account, but I wanted to keep it secret, would I be able to PM a mod saying that I have a second account, but for them to keep it between other staff so people wouldn't know?
Well wouldn't it just stay a secret if you didn't tell anyone? There would be no need to tell the mods as you aren't breaking any rules, right?
