I have now got sufficient funds to apply for a spawn store for the third time, and I am questioning those who do own spawn stores about approximately how many sales an item receives and for what price in a day. So, please reply as I'll need answers. Of everything I stock, which is a lot of what you have listed, there aren't sales every day. In the span of several weeks (my rental period is 10 weeks at a time) I make enough for rent again, plus extra. For a small fee I would happily send you the market review spreadsheet I have, which lists who sells what and for what price. The current sheet I have is a month out of date, but I expect an updated one soon.
I don't record any of that data and wouldn't share it if I did, but I can give some advice. -redstone, lapis and coal barely sell and for only a tiny bit above server price. (sell fine in an elite location, but you won't have one). -diamonds, emeralds, gold, iron and wood are worth trying to sell in your shop. -Raw fish might sell for a bit above server price for those who want to cook it for XP. -diamond tools barely sell, so wooden and stone won't sell at all. And you can just do /kit starter to get all the wood tools anyway. -leather armor might sell because people like to dye them. you can buy it from the server shop, so check that price.
I was considering selling leather armour at $2.50 per set, and wooden/stone tools at $1.00 each, with raw fish at $55 each, though I know it is obtainable at a cheaper price from other places.
