Felon Username: @Quackyy Complaint: @Quackyy paid the 100k that he owed but did not pay the 25k late fee for being late on his loan that was due on the Monday the 17th of August Evidence: Additional Information: he believes that because we both were not on at the same time that he was not late he agree to the late fee and was late with the loan being due on the 17th of august. he knew what day the loan was due and us not getting in touch is no excuse for not paying the late fee as agreed. He paid the 100k i am just making this compliant to get the 25k that is owed for him being late. first album is proof that he agreed to the late fee and my payment and him recieving the money second album is him paying the 100k and not paying the 25k late fee.
I think that it is cheap to make me pay the late fee when i spent my time online the pay date and you weren't online. I have other stuff to do throughout my day and i cant wait online all day. I had the money and was ready, were you?
Hello @averagejoe2012 , After viewing over the screenshots provided, in one of your screenshots you say that there will be a late fee of 25k per every week late, and you did not specify a due date for the late fee until you can post your complaint. Standard procedure is we do not enforce , nor approve of, open ended late fees and thus this shall be dismissed. Locked, dismissed
