purchases not working

    I purchased Water plus which is working and Pyro plus at the same time but pyro plus is not working, purchased almost two weeks ago, I am not complaining I know you are all very busy. I just thought by now it would have applied. Many thanks.

    Did you already have pyro before hand? You need to have both pyro and pyroplus (buy it twice).

    my bad, I did not know I needed both. I just Re-Purchased Pyro Plus. I didn't see Pyro just Pyro Plus. Hopefully that fixes it
