Purchase of president rank in exchange for town

Terms of the contract:
- @Jdawger will pay @LordPK15 200k (180k for the rankup + 20k extra) within 24hrs after this contract is approved
- @Jdawger will send all info for the town over PMs, whether forums or discord

- @LordPK15 will apply for president within 24hrs of receiving payment
- @LordPK15 ensures all info is correct on the app, and @Jdawger can request edits if need be
- @LordPK15 will add @Jdawger as owner of the town within 24hrs of the town being placed
- @LordPK15 agrees they lose all ownership of the future town after adding @Jdawger to the town/when the town transfer gets approved

- If the application gets denied for any reason, @Jdawger can request it be applied for again or requests money back. If a refund is requested in this case, @LordPK15 has 24hrs to return all the money. The contract will be voided in this case.
- This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app, of which @Jdawger is applying for and will pay for.
