Terms of the Contract:

• @coow_coow will transfer 180K ECD to @MrGump69 for the purchase of the rank and town

• Once Mrgump69 receives his President Rank he will add @coow_coow as a region owner of VoxellaSouth in main server.

• mrgump69 will permanently waive his right lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; Coow_Coow as the new owner.

This contract is for evidence that VoxellaSouth will now belong to Coow_Coow
