Terms of the contract:
- @Jdawger will pay @NateDowgg33 415k within 24hrs after this contract is approved, which breaks down to this:

• 85k for the mayor rankup
• 180k for the president rankup
• 150k for @NateDowgg33 to keep for his personal interests

- @Jdawger will send all info for the towns over PMs, whether forums or discord

- @NateDowgg33 will apply for mayor within 24hrs of receiving payment
- @NateDowgg33 will apply for president within 24hrs after becoming mayor
- @NateDowgg33 ensures all info is correct on the apps, and @Jdawger can request edits if need be
- @NateDowgg33 will add @Jdawger as owner of the towns within 24hrs of the respective town being placed
- @NateDowgg33 agrees they lose all ownership of both of the future towns after adding @Jdawger to the towns/when the town transfers gets approved

- If either application gets denied for any reason, @Jdawger can request it be applied for again or requests money back. If a refund is requested in this case, @NateDowgg33 has 24hrs to return the money. The contract will be voided where it stands in this case if a refund is requested.
- This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app, of which @Jdawger is applying for and will pay for.
