Tired of asking for ereps in chat all the time I am here to help with the Erep project *editied* For those of you who ask why I made the Erep project, you have to realise the feature is 1.5 million to get the feature to repair enchanted items. Yes it has become the norm to give it for free but why should we waste our times to do it for free when we donated/worked hard for it.This project wants to remove the fear of getting your items stolen or lost to the void, the project will localize where to meet and will allow you to leave your items if you leave and no one is on so that you can it maybe fixed by the time you come back.(Just mail your ereper*s to let them know). Ontop of this I will now be posting whatever services they may offer like water placement or naming tools/name tags and for what price. The Erep project is taking a new approach to this. It is now 500 dollars per Ereper you want to use and is currently listed. Ereps prices will be listed as as they wish to list them and extra services they will provide as well will be posted bellow. It was asked to post schedules but most people have IRL lifes and almost nothing in life is constant I will post what time zones we are in but that is the best I can do. $1000 for an erep chest?! There are always users online who give free ereps, including me. And why pay $50/erep while you're not even on 24/7, when you can just ask a staff member to do it for you, hassle-free. Sorry, but I'm really not in favour of this.
I would do it if it weren't just a single person. The truth is, there often aren't any players online doing free ereps when I need one, especially at anti-peak times. If there were a few people who could staff the service all the time, or at least for certain guaranteed hours, I would totally sign up.
I agree, with only one person it makes no sense to invest the money. If there were more I would totally sign up.
Their could be more people I am just alone right now. Perhaps people can sign up to work with me for it just no one has.
The CD project's are a collections of plans and things I want/will have in motion one day. For now it aint perfect and if anyone wants to work with me to make it a reality I will be glad to let them join in.
To be clear, what I'm not currently getting from the status quo of free ereps is reliability. What I would find valuable (i.e. worth paying for) is the guarantee that I could plan to play at a certain time and there would be someone around to do ereps for me. If you had some kind of schedule, whether it's the same thing every day or something that changes but is posted in advance, that would really help. Also, it's a much smaller thing, but I always feel like a total mooch when I'm begging for ereps, so having a predetermined agreement like this where we both benefit would also just make me feel better. But the first thing about reliability is what your current plan is lacking, in my opinion.
I like this better but you need more people, and are these prices the same for each person completing these services?
The base investment will be 500 per ereper the price they want to set per erep afterwards is their choice. I will host the chests at cd_town when people start to invest
