Skele Skulls are 250-300 usually. Sometimes higher in auctions. Depends on time of day. My advise to dump you skulls now if you plan on selling them. The more people fish, the more skulls will be caught and the less value they will be. With the new update, fishing is the new fad and levels are climbing. I have no idea about the enchanted book market.
