    Town 1:
    -No Portal
    -No Warp
    -No Free TP
    -200 x 200 Town Pumpkin Farm

    Town 2:
    -Portal
    -200 x 200 Town Pumpkin Farm

    Town 3:
    -Portal
    200 x 200 x 2 Town Pumpkin Farm
    200 x 200 Town Melon Farm

    How much would you pay for a 40 x 40, 30 x 30, and 10 x 10 plot in each of those hypothetical towns?
