I just obtained some emeralds via voting. I have a few questions about them. 1. How much do emeralds typically sell for. 2. Are there NPC villages on ecc? 3. If not, what purposes do emeralds have?
1. Approx 35-65 or so. 2. No mobs in main world, and mobs get 'butchered' in Mining world. But you CAN purchase villager eggs for $1000/each and trade with them. This has actually led to the crashing of certain markets. 4. Shiny, pretty things do not need a purpose other than to be shiny and pretty. (See Lapis.) You can get villagers via the eggs; just don't expect them to hang around.
