I really think getting the president title would cost more than 30k. Since it's the highest ranks and costs less than Mayor. I think a good price would be around 40-60k

3 additional towns to make a 400x400 nation is 210k and to get 30k is kinda unfair because of pricing i thing it should drop
Andrew is trying to prevent more towns, so a price drop is highly unlikely. This is a hardcore economy server - you are supposed to work hard for your money, items, and anything else you plan to buy; in this case, towns. I think President is a good price. I see nothing wrong with it, as towns raise in price for every additional town.
The price is perfectly made, in fact it should possibly be raised. Your biased statement is a clear example of how annoying it is when you beg for money, and always want rank up prices to go down. Why can't you just invest a few hours in reed farming and get the money? :roll:
President tag just gives you the power to own more than one town, there really is no benefits from it besides the name tag.
If you have the work ethic to make 210k to buy your 400x400 nation, the 30k fee for the president rank really shouldn't be that big of a deal. If the price ever did change though, I think that it should go up.
I have to agree with the majority here: the price for the President title is fair as is. I also believe that if there was to be a price change in the future, that the price should be raised another 10.000, to match the price-hike of the Mayor title.
