@MiloTheDoge First off, I can tell you the town name "Dallas" is already taken in Legacy. You will have to choose a new unique name, make sure you /rg i your choice in both Rising and Legacy. The coords you have posted do not lead me to any posts, if the coords are correct then you need to place signs at these corners with the townname and the posts coordinates to indicate where the town is to be placed. Finally, you need to answer the last question of the application.
