I can post the link of my mayor application, but the town that is within 15 blocks of my president town is not my original mayor town. I had bought this town, parafarms, from CCCPofAmerica and it turns out that it is not his original town either. Also our contract was in game so I cant send you a link to prove that this town is mine. I can only assure you that I'm the only owner of the town in game.
