Alright, have a couple questions though. First will i be charged for this application? If not do i edit this one or post a new one? Also pertaining to Gainscity can that be taken away from me? I am the only owner on its /rg i, while i havent filed a presidential claim for it i had intended to as soon as the 6months came around as far as i have been told by FuryFudge and seen from Alkagains profile on the forums he has no intentions of coming back to ecc or filing a appeal for the ban hes currently under. I did pay for this town now im wondering if i have been screwed yet again on ecc. I cant have my old town back, cant purchase a town properly since im not a president yet and cant become a friggen president without having towns that cant touch or tracking down someone who is the original owner of a town and getting them to sell to me a town i likely will never be able to claim. These rules are all silly and complicated. I understand some of them as someone who has lost a town due to inactivity but some of this is ridiculous to say the least.

Sorry for the lil rant just feel like im getting shafted at every turn and theres like no help at all. The wiki is pretty useless, the search function on the site leaves much to be desired and i cant seem to pm most the mods in game for answers to questions that likely would have saved me the money im now out on a junk town i may lose if dude decides to come back out of nowhere and i spent the last day working on it for no reason now it seems.

 

Yes my mistake i meant tycoon. By application i was referring to this application we are talking on which is for me to be a president. Looks like i was denied because my posts are touching another town which is in my sole possession as of right now, but im not the original mayor of said town (Gainscity) just the only owner/member when you do /rg i. I cannot get permission from someone who hasnt been online for many months to allow this for a town he doesnt even own in anyway supposedly. I know in the past there was a fee you got charged if your application for mayor/pres/etc for a new town was denied and i take it this one has been (and now hope so since i have since moved my posts and got permission from another mayor to build onto them just waiting to know if ill have the money now).

I was referring to a tycoon town claim above though which would be my next step up after president and should be around in time for the towns original owner to have expired or whatever the 6 month period is for.

If new town cant touch Gainscity ill just move it to the new location i currently have marked as i dont in the future when i can claim it want my towns to be separated by griefed junk area 15 blocks wide as much of legacy already is and im sure rising will be eventually. Not trying to be a jerk but that is a silly rule and i thought mayors had permission to allow towns to touch (im literally the only person on gainscitys permissions list short of Alkagains somehow claiming the place back and assume im far from the only one who prefers their towns connected). I know im not coming off well here but i do appreciate the help your giving me both of you, just upset at the situation is all. Sad part is my new town posts are also right near two cities with owners who have long since abandoned the game but are still under protection. Seemed much shorter than 6 months when i lost my original town i wasnt in the hospital/bed rest/recovery that long, came back to it not being mine and quit in a rage fit over it and was gone for years. Like i said just feels like getting shafted again over weird little rules that are not clearly posted anywhere. This kind of thing should be on the wiki, not something i have to scour the forums for ya know?

Its all whatever though, i dont care. Just need to know if ill get a fee for filing this presidential application or not now is my main concern. If not do i refile a new one or edit the coords for the new posts into this one? If you could just answer those for me ill move on and do what needs to be done.

I know about the 180k , im asking if im going to be fined for a improper application. Long ago it used to happen often and it if i remember right cost like 30k which would set me below the amount to be president meaning i wouldnt be able to do another application right away to fix the issue with my posts, which also back in the day was one of the reasons you would get fined. I dont want to put in another application, find i got fined not have enough money for the new application and get fined again.
