    1. 2.5mil upfront
    2. 2.05mil upfront + a melon sword (Possibly 2.1mil upfront + a melon sword)

    Yup the 2.1mil ECD and the melon sword would all be upfront no payment plan. By the transfer fee, you are referring to the rental fee for the shop that you are applying for after passing to us your current one right?
