PortCharleston Historic Downtown Shop Rental Application PortCharleston Historic Downtown Shop Rules: 1. NO swearing and NO griefing. 2. Stay in your plot. No structural changes are to be made to the building itself. Trade signs hanging on your exterior are only allowed on the shop’s entrance (area under covered awning). 3. Don’t change any block that isn't yours. 4. No breaking any server rules. 5. No selling or subleasing your shop. If you need out of your lease, speak to creecher28. 5. Maximum of 2 Obsidian blocks per shop. 6. If you are offline more than 14 days, you will be evicted. 7. Missing 2 weeks of rent results in eviction. 8. Rent is due on Sunday of each week. Pay using your designated sign, located in the “First National Bank of The Carolinas” (940 Main Street). 9. If you are evicted, all shop items become the property of creecher28, and all trade sign contents will be taken by the server. You may build as you see fit in your shop. 10. Rental agreements are done in a 4 week cycle. By agreeing to this application, you are stating that you WILL be paying to rent for 4 weeks. 11. Have fun, Make money!
