[Poll] Should I Sell Pre-Built Houses or Plots?

Both! Pre-Built should be about twice that of the plot's price. But also sell plots so people can use their own ideas.

 

If you want it strictly themed and like building then building yourself is a good idea.

 

Pre built if you want to make a nice town, plots if you want to make money. Per builds I've found are a tough sell.....

 

Maybe do some pre-built but some people would like to make their own maybe set some guidelines to fit the theme?

 

perhaps only do about five or so good prebuilds and then sell the rest as plots.
